Add accounts or switch servers

If your administrator asks you to add an account or use a different Citrix Gateway, follow these steps.

To add a Citrix Workspace app account

  1. From the Citrix Workspace app home page, click the down arrow and click Accounts.
  2. From the Add Account dialog, select Add and complete the information provided by your administrator.

To use a different Citrix Gateway

Your organization might use Citrix Gateway to verify your identity.

  1. Right-click the Citrix Workspace app icon and click About.
  2. From the Citrix Gateway drop-down menu, select a server.
