Add accounts or switch servers
If your administrator asks you to add an account or use a different Citrix Gateway, follow these steps.
To add a Citrix Workspace app account
- From the Citrix Workspace app home page, click the down arrow and select Accounts.
- From the Add or Remove Accounts dialog, select Add and complete the information provided by your administrator.
To use a different Citrix Gateway
Your organization might use Citrix Gateway to verify your identity.
- Right-click Citrix Workspace app icon in the system tray.
- Navigate to Advanced Preferences > NetScaler Gateway Settings.
- From the Connection drop-down menu, select a server.
- Provide your login details to connect to the server.
Note:
NetScaler Gateway Settings option appears depending on the Store configuration.
