Add accounts or switch servers

If your administrator asks you to add an account or use a different Citrix Gateway, follow these steps.

To add a Citrix Workspace app account

  1. From the Citrix Workspace app home page, click the down arrow and select Accounts.
  2. From the Add or Remove Accounts dialog, select Add and complete the information provided by your administrator.

To use a different Citrix Gateway

Your organization might use Citrix Gateway to verify your identity.

  1. Right-click Citrix Workspace app icon in the system tray.
  2. Navigate to Advanced Preferences > NetScaler Gateway Settings.
  3. From the Connection drop-down menu, select a server.
  4. Provide your login details to connect to the server.

Note:

NetScaler Gateway Settings option appears depending on the Store configuration.
