Edit files

The following steps explain how to open and edit a file using ShareFile.

Tip:

Use editable sharing with Microsoft 365. For more information, see Co-editing in ShareFile.

Navigate to the file you want to edit from your ShareFile folder.
Select Download. The file downloads locally to your device.
Use the corresponding application to edit the file.
After completing the edits, select Save from the application menu.
Upload the edited file to your ShareFile account.
